Cycle Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Sales Training Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for creating and delivering training initiatives that improve the performance and knowledge of the sales organization, with a focus on onboarding, product education, and ongoing professional development aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales representatives
  • Develop ongoing training curricula to enhance field sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product launches
  • Assess training needs through performance data and stakeholder feedback
  • Create engaging, interactive learning materials for adult learners
  • Lead instructor-led sessions, both in person and virtually
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using measurable outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical and product information
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all training content
  • Coach field trainers and support consistent message delivery
  • Manage external vendors for training development and delivery
  • Track learner progress using learning management systems
  • Adapt training strategies based on regional sales challenges
  • Support the development of role-specific sales tools and resources
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the sales force
  • Coordinate training schedules with field leadership
  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine future programs
  • Integrate real-world sales scenarios into training design
  • Ensure scalability of training programs as the team grows
  • Stay current with adult education best practices and industry trends

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in education, instructional design, or business
  • Certification in training or adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with virtual reality or simulation-based training
  • Background in neuroscience or dermatology therapeutics
  • Prior work in a fast-growing specialty pharmaceutical company
  • Track record of reducing time-to-competency for new hires
  • Experience with sales onboarding automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM integration in training systems
