Brady Corporation seeks a Sales Trainer to empower our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to successfully sell our Connected Identification Solutions, which are critical to patient safety and clinical efficiency. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our sales training programs.
What You'll Do
- Empower the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to sell Connected Identification Solutions, including Printers, Scanners, Labels, and Wristbands.
- Support the design, coordination, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of all sales training for new hires and continuous learning.
- Develop and administer creative learning tools and job aids based on needs assessments and skill level analysis.

Team & Environment
This role is part of the Healthcare & People Solutions team and reports to the Sr. Director of Healthcare Sales.
Work Mode
This is a local, in-office role with openings in Manheim, PA, Milwaukee, WI, and Salt Lake City, UT.
