Meadow is hiring a Sales Team Lead (Preplanning, Remote) to help shape the most compassionate sales team in the industry. You will model excellence and lead with care, starting as a senior representative mastering our consultative process before stepping into team leadership to coach, manage daily operations, and help scale a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Guide families from first contact to decision via consultative, high-trust, phone-based sales.
- Own your leads and quota, hitting conversion targets through clear, empathetic conversations.
- Model unmatched hospitality and high agency in every interaction.
- Manage the day shift team, ensuring daily execution and service quality.
- Lead 1:1s, shift check-ins, team standups, and performance reviews.
- Monitor rep activity and be the first escalation point.
- Coach and support reps through feedback, shadowing, and hands-on help.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training for new reps.
- Help scale what works—identify gaps and improve process as we grow.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2C phone sales experience, with a track record of performance.
- Have managed (formally or informally) and care deeply about coaching others to succeed.
- Lead with empathy and act with agency: you take ownership and raise the bar.
- Want to grow into a bigger leadership role as the team scales.
