360dialog GmbH is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the narrative and execution of our marketing strategy. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing business and GTM narratives, managing comprehensive brand and product campaigns, and leading marketing teams and processes within our bootstrapped, profitable global company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update business, marketing, and GTM narratives for different stakeholders including agencies, advertisers, and partners.
- Manage brand and product campaigns from conception through execution.
- Map and lead initiatives, events, and materials such as pitches, proof points, and case stories.
- Lead marketing processes and teams, including managing agencies and partners.
- Develop and manage educational products and services like guides, playbooks, webinars, and tutorials.
- Manage strategy, content, and the editorial calendar for owned media channels.
- Handle resource management, budget control, priority setting, and schedule coordination.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or agency roles.
- Proven experience focusing on brand positioning, product launches, campaign management, performance, and social media.
- Solid knowledge of communication strategies, platforms, and media.
- Experience in the technology segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
