We are hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to support families either at the time of need or through preplanning. You'll begin by mastering our sales process and delivering excellence across every family interaction, with a clear path to increased responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Convert warm leads end-to-end using Meadow’s consultative playbook via phone, SMS, and email, supported by Aircall and HubSpot.
- Follow up consistently to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions while championing unmatched hospitality.
- Hit a revenue quota while maintaining a high close rate and quality scores.
- Document flawlessly in HubSpot and leverage dashboards to self-coach and stay ahead on follow-ups.
- Navigate a multi-tool workflow with ease: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal case management system.
- Act with agency: spot process gaps, suggest improvements, and pilot ideas that make families feel cared for.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of successful B2C phone sales experience.
- A consultative winning process for discovering needs, positioning value, and closing without pressure.
- Agency to own your pipeline and improve the scripts, CRM, or reports that help us win.
- Leadership through hospitality: steady, empathetic, and fired up by Meadow’s mission to serve families better.
- Ability to work 9-5 PT, Monday–Friday, from anywhere in the US with fast internet and comfort in a multi-app workflow.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling in high-trust, high-stakes environments like insurance, healthcare, or travel where empathy and relationship-building are essential.
- Spanish language proficiency.
