Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and integration into compliance-focused procurement systems such as SAP Ariba and Avetta
- Set up and enhance integrations between CRM platforms like Salesforce and ERP systems to support sales and order processing
- Improve workflows related to quoting, order handling, and customer onboarding
- Create technical guides, training content, and resources to support user adoption
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance standards, and consistency of master data across platforms
- Provide reporting and insights on onboarding effectiveness, system usage, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with teams in Sales, IT, Order Fulfilment, and Corporate Services

- This is a hands-on systems role requiring recent, relevant platform experience
- Generalist sales, admin, or coordination experience without direct system ownership will not be considered
