As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a central role in enabling the Channel Sales Team by managing end-to-end sales operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, channel partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment across pre- and post-sales activities.
What You'll Do
You will oversee the full cycle of sales support tasks, from initial inquiry to fulfillment. This includes generating sales documentation, tracking performance metrics, and following up on active opportunities. You will coordinate the deployment and return of demo equipment, responding to requests from both sales and technical teams. Additionally, you will assist in marketing and sales initiatives by ensuring operational readiness and data accuracy.
