Hunt St is looking for a Sales Support Specialist / Client Engagement Officer to drive client conversion for our Australian immigration law firm. In this role, you will directly support sales and client engagement by assisting lawyers and managing the client journey from initial contact to consultation.
What You'll Do
- Join lawyers during online consultations to ensure smooth sessions and understand client needs.
- Prepare accurate consultation summaries and meeting recordings promptly after each session.
- Help lawyers maintain strong follow-up by ensuring all client queries are addressed.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the firm’s services and generate new business.
- Follow up with leads who previously made enquiries but did not proceed with a booking.
- Follow up with clients who were unable or did not successfully book a consultation.
- Greet clients and answer phone calls, emails, and messages warmly and professionally.
- Book and confirm client consultations and meetings.
- Assist lawyers and legal assistants with creating new electronic files and maintaining records.
- Follow up with clients for appointments and next steps.
- Perform basic reconciliation of bank accounts and client invoices.
- Support basic accounts admin and internal task coordination.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and social media content.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required.

- Competent with typing, basic word processing, and navigating cloud-based tools.
- Able to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Familiar with calendars, emails, PDFs, and basic spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for basic operations and content posting.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation.
- Previous experience working for a law firm or professional service firm.
Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly salary of $1,300 – 1,500 AUD.
Work Mode
This is a local-country position based in the Philippines.
