About the Role

Agilent Technologies is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to drive operational excellence and support our global commercial strategy. This role analyzes business problems and develops system or process recommendations, providing in-depth technical support for key sales systems and tools.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for systems like Salesforce CRM and CPQ, along with sales and partner tools, within defined SLAs.
  • Use internal reporting systems to deliver worldwide data analytics and prepare complex, customized data for Sales and Marketing to support business strategies and goals.
  • Create requirements and perform functional/system testing for new tools and enhancements.
  • Administer sales tools on the Mendix platform, configuring them to facilitate business approval workflows and manage user access.
  • Support activities including troubleshooting user issues, performing mass updates of data, and creating/fixing validation rules, assignment rules, and territory management issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Analytics, Territory Management, and Technology to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Proactively seek out and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage user access provisioning for various Sales and Marketing tools.
  • Participate in projects as a subject matter expert.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in operations, program management, or process management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, SAP - CPQ, and other Sales and Marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • A Salesforce Administration certification.
  • Experience working with regional and global teams; multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Annual salary range of $70,720.00 - $132,600.00 plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
