About the Role

Lincoln Financial is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join our Workplace Solutions LincSmart team. This team supports Lincoln’s strategic partnerships across various technology platforms. You will deliver on routine assignments and projects while applying your knowledge of LincSmart capabilities, technology partnerships, and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities for various initiatives, including data gathering, basic analysis, and vendor or partner coordination.
  • Coordinate recurring reporting and meeting needs, including preparing monthly LincSmart materials like decks, data pulls, and summary updates.
  • Support lead generation activities by identifying potential opportunities across partner relationships.
  • Conduct partner audits and support data quality and consistency checks across LincSmart workflows.
  • Perform and deliver on routine assignments and projects while applying knowledge of LincSmart processes and partner-facing support.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments for your assigned area, assess impacts, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends.
  • Promote and enhance organizational initiatives by supporting change management and enterprise priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in project management, group protection insurance, business analysis, marketing, or operations directly aligned to this role.
  • A 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with third-party benefit technology systems such as HCM, benefits administration, or payroll platforms.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support reporting, analysis, and presentation needs.
  • General knowledge of Group Protection products (LTD, STD, FMLA, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) and related group protection processes and systems.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC; Fort Wayne, IN; Omaha, NE; or Radnor, PA.
