Medline Industries is hiring an Sales Support Representative to work on-site, providing crucial support for our hospital-based sales teams. Under direct supervision, you will deliver administrative and clerical support, manage data, and coordinate activities to enable sales initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, calendar management, and document change control.
- Provide clerical support services as needed.
- Coordinate activities related to sales support and sales initiatives within the hospital.
- Organize, maintain, and distribute files, reports, and mail.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data and information, composing straightforward written descriptions and summaries of results.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Clerical or office-related experience.
- Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using SUM function, setting borders, inserting charts, sorting).
- Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., inserting headers, page breaks, tables, adjusting table columns).
Nice to Have
- At least 1 year of experience working in a hospital environment.

- Compensation: $20.25 - $28.25 Hourly.
