Responsibilities
- Promote safety protocols across customer and manufacturing sites
- Serve as the regional expert and advocate for data quality in Salesforce
- Assist in sales operations, logistics, pricing, and reporting tasks
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams
- Contribute to a global organization with strong local presence
- Perform all required safety tasks as directed by the site, including safety activities, audits, and safety shares on and off customer sites
- Advocate and model a safety-first culture in all actions
- Provide timely and accurate support to the Sales team, including preparation of reports, quotations, and service documentation
- Ensure efficient processing of customer requests to support smooth regional operations
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Use system information to proactively update Sales teams on product despatches and order status
- Monitor deliveries from manufacturing plants and third-party suppliers, advising when expediting is required
- Collaborate with Freight and Order Fulfilment teams to meet customer delivery requirements
- Prepare Forward Order Approvals (FOAs) and obtain relevant approvals
- Maintain internal systems including CRM (Salesforce), debtors, CFR, and ERP pricing
- Support and train the regional Sales team as Salesforce Super User
- Monitor data quality and pipeline accuracy as Salesforce Super User
- Participate in monthly Super User meetings as Salesforce Super User
- Assist with customer price management and pricing administration in ERP
- Prepare information for business review meetings and consolidate monthly customer reports
