Remote Recruitment is looking for a Sales Support & Admin Assistant to support senior management and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage sales leads, liaise with potential clients, and ensure the smooth running of administrative operations for a UK-based company.
What You'll Do
- Manage and track incoming sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
- Liaise with potential clients via email and phone to schedule meetings and provide information.
- Support the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain the sales pipeline by organising leads, tracking progress, and highlighting priority opportunities.
- Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reporting, and email correspondence.
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on lead progress and conversions.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in sales support, client services, or executive assistance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely with access to a laptop and reliable internet.

- Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team.
