About the Role

Solventum is hiring a Sales Specialist (Medical Solutions) to drive commercial success in our healthcare portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by delivering value-based solutions to hospitals across Hanoi and North Province.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure sales target achievement through value selling and solution creation for customers in your assigned territory.
  • Accelerate sales growth in breadth and depth, with a focus on Top Priority Hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and KOLs, updating the customer database regularly.
  • Plan and execute event activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market potential in your territory.
  • Report sales trends, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system (SFDC).
  • Work closely with the distributor's team to ensure goal alignment.
  • Provide primary technical support to customers in your assigned territory.
  • Develop business using concept selling and a scientific approach.
  • Provide timely updates on tender timelines for supply planning.
  • Cooperate with the distributor on bidding quotas and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
  • Direct experience handling Hospital business.
  • A mature professional with a business development and service mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A winning mindset and persistence in dealing with customers.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with our distributor’s team to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

Work Mode

This is a local-country position operating from Hanoi and North Province, Vietnam.
