About the Role

Lead the expansion of a specialized medical device portfolio in interventional cardiology across North England. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with cardiology teams, physicians, and procurement departments to advance the use of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) solutions in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by managing the full sales cycle—from identifying clinical needs to contract negotiation and account retention.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training, and ongoing field support to healthcare professionals.
  • Represent the business at medical conferences and industry events across the UK and Europe.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align local outreach with regional strategy and educational initiatives.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to uncover new growth areas.
  • Engage with key clinical leaders to support evidence-based practice and improved treatment pathways.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and lead contract tenders for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring a proven background in medical device sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is essential. A self-driven mindset and commitment to achieving measurable results are critical. Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory is required, including occasional overnight stays.

Preference will be given to those with a degree-level qualification and prior experience in cardiology or exposure to cardiovascular procedures.

Work Environment

This is a territory-based role with hybrid expectations. While field work dominates the schedule, regular in-person collaboration is encouraged. The position involves frequent travel across North England, with administrative tasks supported through digital tools and EU-wide sales networks.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from £50,000 to £57,500, with a broader display range of £42,000–£64,050. Total compensation includes bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
