About the Role

This position focuses on driving revenue by acquiring new clients in the trucking industry through targeted outreach, relationship building, and solution-based selling. The representative will act as a primary point of contact for prospects and support long-term account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the transportation and trucking sectors
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and objectives
  • Present tailored solutions that align with client operational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at trucking companies
  • Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales pipeline progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements within approved guidelines
  • Support marketing initiatives with customer insights and feedback
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and integration processes
  • Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure long-term retention
  • Adapt communication style to suit various customer personalities and roles
  • Use CRM tools to track outreach, meetings, and deal stages
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer-facing interactions
  • Contribute to strategy discussions based on field observations

Nice to Have
