What You'll Do
Lead sales initiatives across a defined region, focusing on achieving and surpassing revenue goals for innovative surgical technologies. You will actively manage customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure healthcare professionals are well-informed about product applications and benefits.
Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including clinicians and distribution partners, to expand market presence. Conduct regular assessments of customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and gather insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, using data to refine sales approaches and implement effective development plans. Share feedback from the field with internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Requirements
- Hold a completed bachelor’s degree in any field
- Have up to five years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a technical or healthcare-related environment
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within South Korea as needed
- Demonstrate strong business judgment, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
- Communicate effectively in both English and Korean, both verbally and in writing
- Show proficiency with computers and MS Office applications
