About the Role

You will drive sales performance across a defined territory, focusing on expanding the reach of advanced surgical technologies. Your primary responsibility is to engage with healthcare professionals and distribution partners, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that align with clinical and commercial goals. By maintaining a strong presence in the field, you’ll ensure consistent product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advance sales objectives by promoting medical technologies to hospitals, clinics, and distributors in assigned regions
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and key stakeholders through regular engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities, assess customer requirements, and provide accurate product information and support
  • Deliver training and educational sessions to enhance understanding of product applications and benefits
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay insights on product performance, usability, and potential improvements
  • Implement and adapt market development plans to meet evolving regional demands

What We’re Looking For

A proactive communicator with a commercial mindset and a commitment to ethical sales practices. You should be comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative environment. Fluency in both English and Korean is essential for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Up to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
  • Valid driver’s license with readiness to travel within South Korea
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, adaptable approach
  • Experience engaging with clinical leaders or healthcare institutions is highly valued
