About the Role

Keller Executive Search is hiring a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and closing deals to expand our executive search client base.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients for executive search services.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultative meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales strategies and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

  • Experience in professional services, executive search, or recruitment.
