What You'll Do
Lead business development efforts across Central and Southern Taiwan by identifying new sales opportunities and executing targeted strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including hospitals, laboratories, and clinics, ensuring solutions are aligned with their diagnostic needs. Present product portfolios—including instruments, reagents, and integrated systems—by clearly articulating technical advantages and measurable outcomes. Stay ahead of market shifts and competitive dynamics to refine sales approaches and support long-term planning. Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges, streamline operations, and strengthen client retention.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Have at least three years of sales experience in medical devices or in vitro diagnostics (IVD), with a focus on hospital or laboratory clients
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be prepared for regular travel within the assigned region
- Demonstrate a track record in managing and growing customer accounts independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in clinical diagnostics or laboratory processes
- Experience selling capital equipment or consumable-based products
- Previous work in a healthcare or life sciences organization
