Bayer Global is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Crop Science division. In this role, you will be instrumental in increasing Bayer's market share within the Bács-Kiskun territory by maximizing sales of our Crop Science portfolio and building lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Increase Bayer Hungária Kft.'s market share in the assigned territory of Bács-Kiskun.
- Maximize sales of all registered Crop Science products to achieve sales targets, including presenting digital solutions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with active and potential customers.
- Visit existing customers and search for new customers to drive growth.
- Collaborate in shaping marketing strategy and implement corporate QHSE principles.
- Place product demonstrations, collect results, and convince end users.
- Maintain contact with dealers and collaborate with logistics, production, marketing, and finance teams.
- Prepare and submit various monthly reports, including call reports and expense settlements.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, trends, and customer needs to development, marketing, and management.
- Prepare district plans and make proposals for commercial actions and credit limits.
- Collect and analyze financial information about partners and predict potential financial problems.
- Record, investigate, and propose solutions for customer complaints according to internal policy.
- For plant protection products, perform tasks requiring advanced plant protection qualifications.
- Manage the CRM database by filling, updating, logging visits, and preparing reports.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects and designated professional training.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in agriculture with a specialization in plant protection.
- Relevant experience in a sales field.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, SharePoint, and Internet usage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate level English knowledge.
