As a Sales Representative specializing in mass spectrometry, you will lead direct sales efforts for a leading portfolio of analytical technologies in the South-East of France. Your primary responsibility is to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by promoting mass spectrometry and LC systems to laboratories, research institutions, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for mass spectrometry and chromatography solutions, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support strategic planning and regional decision-making.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by understanding customer workflows and technical requirements.
- Work closely with service, marketing, and support teams to align resources and enhance customer outcomes.
- Monitor competitive activity and customer feedback to shape effective, localized sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Proven track record in selling analytical instrumentation, particularly in mass spectrometry or chromatography.
- Deep understanding of LC and MS technologies, preferably from hands-on experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet clients and support field activities.
