Lead community growth and engagement for Binance across France by managing both digital and in-person initiatives. You’ll oversee active Telegram groups, deploy automation tools and interactive campaigns, and ensure safe, constructive discussions through consistent moderation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run online and offline events such as workshops, webinars, and local meetups to strengthen user education and platform adoption.
- Build and sustain relationships with university groups, student organizations, and local blockchain communities to expand outreach and support Binance Academy programs.
- Recruit, train, and guide volunteer ambassadors across regions, tracking performance and maintaining clear communication.
- Develop and adapt content in French and English for social channels, chat platforms, and events, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Monitor community feedback, user behavior, and regional trends, then share actionable insights with internal teams.
- Explore emerging platforms and digital tools to broaden reach and deepen engagement across diverse audiences.
- Support brand visibility by promoting product updates, campaigns, and educational resources to local users.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in community or event management, preferably in blockchain or tech.
- Proven track record organizing events in major cities and secondary markets.
- Hands-on experience with Telegram bots, moderation tools, and engagement campaigns.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with Binance products including Spot, P2P, Futures, and NFTs.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Notion AI for content, segmentation, or automation.
- Ability to define KPIs, assess community performance, and mentor volunteer teams.
- Adaptability to work outside standard hours and travel as needed to support events and community needs.
