Provide expert-level clinical and technical guidance for electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems, supporting physicians and healthcare teams in the effective use of cardiac ablation technologies. Work directly in hospitals and clinics to train staff, troubleshoot system use, and ensure safe, consistent application of procedures.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive training to physicians and clinical staff on EP mapping platforms and related ablation solutions
- Support real-time case coverage to optimize system performance and procedural outcomes
- Collaborate with sales and regional teams to identify training needs and adoption opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to promote long-term product utilization
- Advocate for best practices in cardiac mapping, serving as a technical resource across the territory
- Share insights and best practices to elevate team proficiency in mapping technology
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least six years of experience in cardiac mapping, or associate degree with four years, or bachelor’s degree with two years in the field
- Direct experience in EP labs, cardiac catheter ablation, or clinical support within hospital settings
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during case support
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance required
- Willingness to travel 25–50% within the assigned region, including occasional overnight trips
- Exposure to clinical environments including potential contact with infectious agents and radiation
