Lytegen is hiring a disciplined Sales Representative in Mexico to generate qualified leads for the US residential solar market. This is a 100% execution-focused role, involving high-volume outbound calls, following a strict script, qualifying homeowners, and booking appointments accurately.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US homeowners.
- Follow approved scripts word-for-word.
- Identify qualified prospects based on clear criteria.
- Book appointments accurately into the system.
- Apply correct call dispositions every time.
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards.
- Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken English with a neutral or clear US-understandable accent.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Ability to speak confidently and control the call.
- High attention to detail for data entry and dispositions.
- Strong work ethic and consistency.
- Ability to work US business hours.
