Lytegen is hiring a disciplined Sales Representative in Mexico to generate qualified leads for the US residential solar market. This is a 100% execution-focused role, involving high-volume outbound calls, following a strict script, qualifying homeowners, and booking appointments accurately.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to US homeowners.
  • Follow approved scripts word-for-word.
  • Identify qualified prospects based on clear criteria.
  • Book appointments accurately into the system.
  • Apply correct call dispositions every time.
  • Maintain call quality and compliance standards.
  • Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or clear US-understandable accent.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Ability to speak confidently and control the call.
  • High attention to detail for data entry and dispositions.
  • Strong work ethic and consistency.
  • Ability to work US business hours.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience is a plus.
