Responsibilities

- Showcase ERP and technology offerings through tailored presentations and live demonstrations
- Develop and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and commercial terms to prospects
- Guide opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from first contact to contract finalization
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals to support overall business expansion
- Foster lasting relationships with both potential and current clients
- Maintain consistent, professional follow-up throughout the sales journey
- Analyze client needs and recommend customized business solutions
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during sales engagements
- Work closely with technical and implementation departments during sales and onboarding phases
- Manage smooth transition of projects from sales to implementation teams
- Relay client requirements accurately to internal stakeholders
- Assist clients during both pre-sales and post-sales stages as necessary
- Monitor project progress and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Develop in-depth knowledge of ERP platforms, websites, software services, and digital transformation tools
- Gain fluency in core business functions such as accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and new technologies
- Articulate the operational value and business benefits of ERP solutions clearly
- Continuously improve expertise in product features and consultative selling techniques
