Milacron Marketing Company LLC is looking for a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through strategic account management and regular travel.
What You'll Do
- Achieve the Sales Revenue Plan across total, group, territory, product categories, and key customers.
- Routinely travel to visit all assigned accounts, demonstrating strong business planning, in-person customer impact, and core sales competencies.
- Negotiate customer deals and contracts while helping to train and develop the negotiating skills of sales representatives.
- Use logic and insight to solve problems, perform root cause analysis, and make timely decisions.
- Determine opportunities and threats through comprehensive analytics of historical and future market trends.
- Support team efforts, build group cohesiveness, and share successes across functions.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or four to five years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years in an outside B2B field sales role, preferably within a technical or capital equipment sales industry.
- Experience in the plastic extrusion and/or injection-molding industry.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Extrusion Aftermarket & Extrusion OEM Sales team.
Work Mode
This role is onsite and based in the United States of America.
