Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new and existing clients to meet profitability and revenue goals within a designated region
- Handle negotiations, product delivery, and post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Secure and maintain distribution agreements for products and services while upholding strong contractual relationships
- Deliver tailored solutions to clients across targeted industry sectors
- Oversee a diverse customer base spanning multiple industries within a defined territory
- Develop new business by managing a sales pipeline, creating proposals, and demonstrating value to prospects
- Use consultative techniques to assess client needs, present product benefits, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to build strategic business plans that support sales growth and quota achievement
- Partner with the sales team to implement strategies and deliver proposals that drive revenue
- Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote brand loyalty
- Manage a broad product portfolio and execute defined marketing and sales initiatives
- Enhance client retention by aligning evolving business needs with company offerings
- Utilize internal resources to support marketing execution and sales processes
- Build strong partnerships with product manufacturers and represent their interests
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to deepen product expertise, secure favorable pricing, and boost account performance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders and solution-based selling
- Documented history of achieving sales targets using consultative and strategic approaches
- Proven background in business-to-business sales
- Proficiency in leading sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or Miller Heiman, and experience with Salesforce.com and Qlikview
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities when engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Capable of conducting professional discussions with business leaders and key decision-makers
- Skilled in managing challenging customer interactions and resolving conflicts
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory effectively
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic selling skills within customer accounts
- Able to understand and interpret customer business operations
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possession of a valid driver's license
