This role focuses on advancing the adoption of innovative endoscopy and surgical technologies within a defined territory spanning Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, and Malta. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding market presence by engaging directly with physicians, hospitals, and referral networks.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for meeting sales objectives through consultative engagement, delivering clinical and technical expertise, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community. This includes educating medical professionals on product features, clinical evidence, and therapy benefits to support improved patient care.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets through strategic account planning
- Develop in-depth understanding of products and therapies through continuous learning
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of active accounts and referral relationships
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and market trends
- Provide clinical and technical support to physicians in alignment with therapy requirements
- Strengthen connections between implant centers and referring physicians to support brand consistency
- Lead regional training initiatives, including peer-led sessions and speaker development
- Ensure accurate reporting of customer, market, and competitive data
- Collaborate with regional leadership on planning and execution
- Attend required national and regional meetings
- Escalate customer or product issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with administrative procedures
Qualifications and Skills
