What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact for new clients, representing the brand with professionalism and clarity
- Follow a structured, proven sales process to convert leads into enrollments
- Participate in daily coaching sessions to refine technique and improve performance
- Manage your sales pipeline with precision, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a high-energy, results-driven environment
- Work Monday through Saturday to align with client availability and business needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of transactional sales experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage time independently and stay productive without direct oversight
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with fluency and confidence over the phone
- Willingness to learn and apply new sales methodologies consistently
- Must be based in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, KS, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA
- Experience selling to small business owners is a strong plus
