Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design
- Track and report sales activities and forecasts regularly
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
- Attend industry events and trade shows as required
- Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive follow-up
- Coordinate with service departments for post-sale support
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions
- Support marketing initiatives with field insights
Compensation
