Responsibilities
- Scheduling reviews that could take up to 45 minutes
- Making outbound calls to providers to discuss quality improvement measures, clinical practices and medical necessity guidelines
- Discussing cases with the manager or psychologist
Requirements
- Must have a can do attitude
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be an excellent communicator
- A Master's degree is required
- A LCSW or LCPC license is required
Nice to Have
- More outpatient behavioral health experience
- Inpatient behavioral health experience is good to have
Additional Information
- This is a remote position
- Hours are from 8am – 5pm, EST
- There will be a 4-5 week virtual training
