About the Role

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software applications to support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software engineers in developing and maintaining software applications.
  • Design and implement software solutions to meet the organization's needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
