About the Role

The Temporary Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of roles. This includes screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews and manage the interview process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment activities.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
  • Provide onboarding support to new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
