Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance by executing the full sales cycle—from product introduction and presentations to contract negotiation in alignment with the sales strategy, including identification, preparation, and execution of upcoming tenders
- Build, develop, and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key decision-makers influencing purchasing decisions; regularly report those activities through designated systems and to the Sales manager
- Partner closely with KOLs to ensure deep understanding of our products and support initiatives that enhance product awareness, engagement, and visibility within the company
- Analyse the market in your corresponding region to develop and execute effective account sales strategies and plan sales coverage/resources in the most efficient and economical manner in collaboration with the regional Sales manager
- Increase penetration within existing accounts, drive their adoption of new therapies and product solutions and convert non-buying accounts
- Deliver product training, education, and technical support to customers and relevant hospital staff; provide clinical support during procedures as required
- Continuously maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, market dynamics, and sales processes
- Ensure proper control of consignment and all other stock levels according to asset management guidelines and targets

Additional Information
- Position is remote with regional responsibility covering Cataluña, Zaragoza, and Islas Baleares
- Preferred location is Barcelona
- Willingness to travel is required
- Ability to work in operating rooms and hospital environments is required
