Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, events, and webinars
- Conduct detailed advising sessions on program options, eligibility, pathways, and admissions processes
- Guide students through application steps, required documents, deadlines, and next-step decisions
- Maintain a deep understanding of Passage’s programs, financing products, and admissions standards
- Ensure students understand study permit processes and best practices for visa success
- Own and deliver on monthly and weekly recruitment and conversion targets
- Track every lead and application through Passage’s CRM with accuracy and discipline
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively move students toward submission and enrollment
- Analyze conversion data to improve workflows and student guidance
- Partner closely with the admissions team to ensure clean, complete applications
- Work with marketing on localized campaigns, webinars, and student events
