Responsibilities
- Design and deliver brand aligned materials across marketing, sales, and internal touchpoints
- Create and maintain case studies, proposals, pitch decks, and other client facing materials
- Design visual assets for marketing initiatives including social media, campaigns, events, and digital content
- Support the creation of sales and growth materials that clearly communicate Fluxon’s capabilities and work
- Contribute to brand evolution by creating new visual assets, templates, and design explorations
- Produce lightweight motion, animation, or dynamic visuals when helpful for storytelling or marketing materials
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with designers, growth team members, and other stakeholders to deliver clear and effective visual communication
- Prepare and hand off files for digital use, publishing, or production
- Stay up to date with branding, marketing design, and visual communication trends, bringing ideas to the team
