Tencent is looking for a Sales Representative to join our retail team, focused on improving health and wellbeing through higher quality sleep. This role centers on providing a superior customer experience, building lasting relationships, and driving sales of Sleep Number smart beds in a team-oriented environment with unlimited earning potential.

What You'll Do

Provide a world-class customer experience by utilizing a proven sales process to discover customer sleep needs and lead them through product selection.
Build relationships with customers by proactively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions, and providing timely follow-up.
Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results by becoming a trusted 'Sleep Expert' and consistently exceeding sales goals.

Adept at using technology for store operations and sales presentations; technology engagers and early adopters.
Second language skills.

Benefits & Compensation

Guaranteed base pay of $15/hour, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonus incentives. Most team members earn $49,000 - $57,000 annually.
