Avid is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner II to lead recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill positions across broader scopes and functions. In this role, you will identify sourcing risks, craft proactive strategies, and help elevate the team's overall performance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage recruiting activity for high-complexity or cross-functional roles
  • Identify sourcing challenges and propose creative, data-informed solutions
  • Coach new recruiters and share operational best practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to strengthen alignment and market insights
  • Reinforce documentation accuracy and compliance in Workday
  • Build recruiting cadence around talent market trends and insights

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of recruiting experience
  • Advanced sourcing skills and strategic pipeline development
  • Ability to coach others and influence recruiting workflows

Nice to Have

  • Technical or niche role exposure
