Avid is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner II to lead recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill positions across broader scopes and functions. In this role, you will identify sourcing risks, craft proactive strategies, and help elevate the team's overall performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage recruiting activity for high-complexity or cross-functional roles
- Identify sourcing challenges and propose creative, data-informed solutions
- Coach new recruiters and share operational best practices
- Partner with hiring managers to strengthen alignment and market insights
- Reinforce documentation accuracy and compliance in Workday
- Build recruiting cadence around talent market trends and insights
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience
- Advanced sourcing skills and strategic pipeline development
- Ability to coach others and influence recruiting workflows
