Terac is looking for part-time and full-time Sales Reps to help build the search engine for human thought. You will work directly with our CEO/co-founder to grow Terac from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualifying leads and running discovery, to closing deals and activating happy customers.
- Work directly with the founder and product team to shape positioning, refine pricing, and build the foundation for a world-class revenue org.
- Lead the sales strategy aligned to business capabilities and growth goals.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers, maintaining a pulse on the competitive landscape.
- Help define our sales process, CRM hygiene, and early playbook.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product) to build a 'one team' approach to business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets to meet revenue goals.
- Build and optimize the sales process, tactics and new hire onboarding/ramp.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- 3+ years of Sales experience with ACV of $10,000+.
- Strong sales skills that are anchored by data.
- Experience in early-stage SaaS or technical sales (0→1 or 1→10 motion).
- Strong discovery, consultative selling, and deal-driving ability.
- Comfortable working autonomously and iterating fast.
- Excitement about working closely with founders, product, and engineering.
Nice to Have
- Interest in research, AI, or voice/video tooling.
