Role Overview
As a Sales Program Data & Ops Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling sales productivity through data management, system support, and operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact revenue-driving activities by ensuring tools, data, and processes function effectively across sales and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline support to sales and revenue teams, resolving system issues, data discrepancies, and workflow interruptions in real time
- Manage daily operations in Salesforce and Salesloft, including data loading, campaign setup, contact routing, and assignment troubleshooting
- Produce on-demand reports and diagnostics using SQL and BI tools to support active sales initiatives and leadership decision-making
- Develop and refine targeted account and contact lists by integrating internal CRM data with third-party sources to improve outreach precision
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in BI platforms to track performance, identify trends, and surface operational insights
- Diagnose and resolve data quality issues, working closely with data governance and analytics teams to implement sustainable fixes
- Document standard operating procedures for data workflows and coach sales users to reduce recurring errors and improve compliance
- Collaborate with go-to-market data specialists, data science, and sales program leads to align on data standards and campaign requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years in sales operations, deal support, or a related data-intensive sales function
- Proven ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries independently for fast data analysis
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce data structures, including campaigns, objects, relationships, and data imports
- Experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with Salesloft for contact list management and campaign execution workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause diagnosis and operational triage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach across departments
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision while maintaining a sense of urgency and initiative
Technology Environment
Work across Salesforce (SFDC), SQL, Tableau, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesloft, and various business intelligence platforms to support scalable, data-driven sales operations.
