About the Role

TouchBistro is searching for a skilled Sales Planning & Commissions Specialist to enhance the variable compensation framework across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the selected candidate will develop and refine commission processes and play a pivotal role in driving revenue team success and organizational growth. Your Impact - Implement and optimize comprehensive commission workflow, including personnel tracking, quota monitoring, credit allocation, and payout generation - Conduct performance analysis and reporting for senior leadership regarding compensation plan alignment - Spearhead variable compensation plan design, system maintenance, and interdepartmental communication - Develop recommendations for establishing quota metrics and implementing new compensation strategies - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership on plan development, documentation, and execution - Address and resolve commission-related inquiries and discrepancies - Engage with Legal, HR, and Payroll to maintain compensation documentation and facilitate monthly payment processes - Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis for scenario forecasting and performance comparison - Provide comprehensive support and clarity on commission statements and payouts What You Bring - Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration and commission calculations - Background in B2B SaaS and/or Payments sector - Comprehensive understanding of compensation practices and structures in growth environments - Strong data analysis and project reporting capabilities - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, with potential Spiff implementation experience - Thrives in dynamic, collaborative cultures - Proven track record of cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management What We Offer At TouchBistro, we are a passionate team of restaurant technology enthusiasts united by a mission to support restaurateur success.
