About the Role

What You'll Do

Support the sales and account management teams by creating media plans, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to client needs. Develop comprehensive proposals in response to RFPs and proactive sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and brand standards while upholding pricing policies.

Use internal databases and analytics tools to craft data-driven sales strategies and customize media plans based on traffic trends and inventory availability. Collaborate with branded content, marketing, and sales operations teams to strengthen pitch materials and convert opportunities into executed campaigns.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments during the sales cycle, managing communication from initial outreach through negotiation, contract finalization, and campaign launch. Verify ad inventory with Ad Operations to confirm placement feasibility and timely delivery.

Prepare and manage contracts, insertion orders, and program agreements, ensuring all legal and operational details are accurately documented. Participate in select client meetings alongside sales representatives and assist with administrative tasks including database updates, expense reporting, and event coordination.

Requirements

Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least one year of professional or internship experience in digital sales, strategic planning, or campaign management—preferably within a publisher or agency setting. Prior experience in digital planning or sales operations is essential.

Proficiency with Salesforce, Media Radar, ComScore, Adbook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Strong organizational and time management abilities are critical, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective coordination across teams and with external partners. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a proactive, independent work ethic. A solutions-focused mindset and commitment to client responsiveness are key to success in this role.
