About the Role

This position supports the sales pipeline by managing patient inquiries, guiding individuals through initial steps, and ensuring a seamless experience using organized follow-up and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming patient inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support the sales process by providing timely follow-up with potential patients
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment logistics
  • Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
  • Respond to patient communications via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist patients with understanding service offerings and next steps
  • Track and report on patient engagement metrics
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate team members as needed
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all patient touchpoints
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve outreach strategies
  • Monitor email inboxes and shared queues for urgent requests
  • Update patient files with interaction notes and status changes
  • Provide feedback on patient sentiment and common concerns
  • Assist in refining onboarding materials based on patient input
  • Follow established protocols for data privacy and compliance
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
