tem was looking for a Sales / Partnerships Manager

tem is hiring a Sales / Partnerships Manager to drive performance across our buy and sell side teams. You will lead a flexible, high-performing team within the commercial growth function, bringing structure, discipline, and energy to how we originate, close, and grow renewable energy partnerships. In this role, you will own a consistently high-performing commercial team, contract 3TWh+ of volume, and directly impact our monthly megawatt-hour growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow a high-performing commercial team, scaling within the commercial growth function as the business expands.
  • Deliver predictable commercial results by hitting revenue, margin, and volume targets.
  • Embed operational excellence through forecasting, CRM adoption, agentic workflows, and rigorous pipeline management.
  • Act as a senior deal coach and blocker remover, joining the front line when stakes are high.
  • Bring customer and market insight back into tem to sharpen our pricing, product, and go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years in commercial leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, energy, climate tech, or marketplaces.
  • Experience leading across multiple sales motions, including enterprise, partner-led, and outbound.
  • Hands-on background in energy contracting, such as PPAs, supply agreements, and understanding generator and buyer dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build structure and operating rigor in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience using or implementing agentic workflows or sales automation.
  • A data-first approach with a focus on pipeline visibility, forecast discipline, and CRM hygiene.
  • A coaching mindset that balances high standards, high trust, and high accountability.

Nice to Have

  • Direct UK energy market or generator experience.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Experience with operating model frameworks, especially engine-oriented language.
