Google is looking for a Sales Operations Sr. Manager to drive the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to define and execute key business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Leverage internal and external data to support smarter operational and commercial decisions.
- Actively seek, identify, and develop innovative opportunities to drive growth and improve operational efficiency across our business.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into clear, measurable sales targets aligned with overall strategic goals.
- Work closely with the sales team, fostering strong relationships, supporting daily operations, and promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Design, track, and communicate performance indicators to ensure transparency, identify gaps, and guide decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 5-7+ years of experience doing business analysis and managing projects across business.
- Ability to create measurable goals, break them down into actions with proper accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven analytical approach.
- Exceptional skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication.
- Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization.
- Advanced level of English.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL.
