PetScreening is looking for a detail-oriented Assistance Animal Verifier to join our Assistance Animal team. In this full-time role, you will analyze ESA letters against requestor profiles, verify authenticity by contacting provider offices, and process documentation in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letters against matching requestor profiles and team spreadsheets.
- Contact provider offices via phone, fax, or email to verify the authenticity of ESA requests.
- Research providers, their locations, and contact information.
- Return profiles for issues like patient identifiers, outdated letters, or other documentation problems.
- Process fraudulent letters for written statements once confirmed and forward them to management and the legal department.
- Work in tandem with the AA Review team and other Verifiers to achieve team performance targets.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Assistance Animal Team, working closely with a team of other Verifiers and the AA Review team. This role reports to the AA Verifier Team Manager. Our culture is team-oriented, detail-oriented, and focused on stable, fair, and collaborative processes.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in our Mooresville, NC office in the Lake Norman area.
