Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for handling sales-related administrative duties with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare and manage sales quotations
- Administer bonus payment processes
- Process requests related to pricing and discounts
- Manage product and logistics data information
- Handle inquiries and requests related to products and marketing materials
- Generate sales reports, group contribution margin analyses, and customer performance summaries
- Coordinate and execute activities that support sales operations
- Manage commercial claims from initiation to resolution
- Maintain customer master records, pricing structures, and condition data
- Calculate and prepare credit notes for bonuses, pricing adjustments, penalties, commissions, and returned stock
- Issue debit and credit notes in response to commercial claims
- Act as a liaison between customers, customer service, and sales departments
- Support customer relationship management activities within compliance guidelines

Part Time 50%
