About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager at Monks plays a key role in driving productivity and efficiency across the sales function. You'll partner with Growth and Revenue leadership to streamline workflows, maintain accurate pipeline records, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales data integrity, including CRM administration, and ensure accurate pipeline recordkeeping
  • Perform outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and best practices to improve team efficiency
  • Partner with Growth and Revenue leadership to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support resource allocation for new business opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance sales tools, automation, and reporting capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in and/or knowledge of the digital marketing industry

Technical Stack

Compensation: $69,000—$81,000 USD

Work Mode

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
