About the Role

brightwheel is hiring a Sales Operations Lead to join as a high-impact, senior individual contributor. In this principal-level role, you will partner directly with senior leadership to drive strategic projects, optimize go-to-market strategy, and leverage AI and automation to accelerate forecasting and decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a principal strategic partner to the Director of Sales Ops and senior GTM leadership.
  • Drive strategic projects spanning multiple product lines, including building a multi-product selling motion and expanding into new verticals.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Drive best-in-class use of AI and automation across SalesOps processes for forecasting, pipeline insights, and reporting.
  • Lead and manage change across the GTM organization, ensuring new initiatives are operationalized effectively.
  • Build and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations grounded in quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, track business performance, and identify levers for growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience.
  • 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment sales structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales/GTM systems and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels using a data-driven and consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
  • Deep, applied experience leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to improve forecasting, modeling, and data workflows.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
