Responsibilities
- Support project managers by maintaining schedules, documentation, and updating project milestones in Salesforce.
- Help plan project activities, identify preparation needs, and assess potential risks throughout execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales collateral for the sales team.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends and identify areas for performance improvement.
- Review sales data for accuracy and make updates as required.
- Work with teams across departments to improve and simplify sales workflows.
- Complete assigned tasks and attend meetings with the sales and sales operations teams.
- Research information and create PowerPoint presentations, summarizing findings for leadership review.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of sales operations projects and improvements.
- Help monitor key performance indicators and assist in building reporting dashboards.
- Maintain sales databases and ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Support special assignments from the Sales Operations team, including CES segment initiatives and internal process development.
